The executive order has two main points

1- Create an SBR (Strategic BTC Reserve) by storing all the BTC that the US currently holds and finding a way to buy more with neutral funds (I'm not 100% sure that they're creating a neutral fund, let's see).

2- Create a national digital asset reserve by storing all assets (other than BTC) that the US has backing from, etc. However, the type of asset in this reserve the government will not plan to buy more like BTC.$BTC
