When President Donald Trump addresses the nation from the Capitol this Tuesday, he will have the first opportunity to sell Americans and Congress his new proposal that the United States needs to create a strategic reserve of cryptocurrencies.

Trump has been talking for some time about creating such a reserve, part of his promise to make the U.S. the "cryptocapital of the world." Beyond the political aspect of crypto, he also has a personal interest.
The company owning Trump's social media network, in which Trump is the largest shareholder, recently made clear its plans to invest US$ 250.000 billion in the cryptocurrency industry.
