Prominent analyst **Dark Defender** is still optimistic that **XRP** can make a big move higher, even after the recent pullback. In a new post on **X**, he shared an update on the currency’s daily movement, and confirmed that the **$3** level is still an important test point.

The analyst explained that **Ripple** is currently positioned below this resistance, and is preparing to break it. He also pointed to the presence of a **five-wave** pattern, in which **wave three** is targeting **$5.85**, which could pave the way for a **$8** breakout later.

**Dark Defender** also added that the bullish momentum is “closer than ever,” which means that a big move could be very close!
