This potentially indicates that buyers probably have not accumulated enough strength yet.

In the BAS chart

Bid-Ask Z-Score and Bid-Ask Sum: It is evident that Bid orders have started to decrease, which is reflected in the declining green line on the Z-Score and sum charts (red arrows). This indicates a decrease in buyer interest.

In the Dashboard

Delta/Balance by volume: Market sell orders dominate, as seen by the negative cumulative delta (red arrow).

Which overall looks quite good for a Short position.

Reasons for fixing the position

Cluster chart: We see how large clusters by volume have formed but already on a price decrease (blue rectangle). Again, buyers are trying to take the ball, but this time we see that buying volumes are much larger than previous times (green rectangle with arrow).

Heat map in Z-Score mode: We also see an anomalous limit cluster, partially absorbed by sales (blue rectangle). After which the price started to rise.

Additionally, considering the statistical standard movement of the asset at +/-7%. We see that from the previous upward movement, the price has dropped by +/-17%, which is almost 2.5 standard movements, which is anomalous (black rectangle with arrow).

In the BAS chart

Bid-Ask Z-Score and Bid-Ask Sum: We see that Bid orders have started to place more, visualized by the green line both on the Z-Score and on the sum (black rectangles).

In the Dashboard

Delta/Balance by volume: Market buy orders appear sequentially and with significant volume, visualized by the positive delta (green rectangle).

As a result, in this case, we can not only take a position but also potentially consider a further reversal to open a Long position.
