European Directive 2019/1151 has allowed the authorization of notarial deeds and policies by#videoconferencia .
This novelty is implemented in Law 11/2023 on "Digitalization of notarial and registry actions," which will come into force this November 9, 2023.
📝 What public documents can be granted by videoconference?
1. Commercial policies.
2. Constitution of companies, appointments and commercial powers.
3. Powers of procedural and electoral representation.
4. Revocation of powers, except general preventive ones.
5. Payment letters and guarantee cancellations.
6. General meeting and reference minutes.
7. Testimonies of legitimation of signatures.
8. Wills in epidemic situations.
9. Declarations of new construction and division of horizontal property.
10. Conciliation.
11. Other legal acts and businesses defined by regulation.
🖥️ How do I do it?
1. The grantor accesses the Citizen Portal with an electronic signature certificate.
2. The notary shows the public document via videoconference.
3. The#notario authorizes the document with an electronic signature and records it on paper and electronically.
