Since I started in the community, I’ve noticed that partners with millions or even tens of millions haven't made a significant profit.
I’ve also asked some friends around me.
They generally do not buy Bitcoin.
I also know that many retail investors do not buy, but large investors also do not buy, which surprises me. Maybe everyone’s consensus is that Bitcoin’s increase is limited. I think this mindset might be correct for small investments.
Of course, the best times are already gone; it’s not like the blind buying in 2017. That era filled with faith is long gone. We are here to make money, but it’s also right not to believe blindly. Right now, the institutions issuing tokens for financing have seriously exceeded the limit. The valuations are all arbitrary; institutions get chips for free in exchange for the market's blood. They release positive news together, constantly taking away our hard-earned money from this fragile market. For instance, ARB launched with a valuation of over 10 billion. Just think about it, even the once powerful SOL during the bull market was only worth a few hundred billion. It has already consumed its potential and future expectations ahead of time. Many token prices haven’t changed, but market caps keep rising.
Currently, the total market cap of altcoins has exceeded the total of the last bull market by six times.
Looking back this year, many altcoins indeed do not compare to MEME. We are in an unregulated market, and that’s exactly why it is so enchanting. It is filled with risks but also with opportunities. Data falsification, pump and dump, insider trading, skyrocketing several times in a day, and then returning to zero in a few days.
Conclusion:
If your assets have reached one million, you must allocate to Bitcoin. Because the long-term bull market is over, you will thank me. According to statistics, only 10% of people outperformed Bitcoin when the bull market ended. In the last round, Bitcoin increased by 40 times; currently, it’s also 4 times. If your assets did not outperform by 4 times, it's a failed investment. Please reflect on what you were doing last year.
Looking at a longer time frame: there were about 3000 altcoins in the last round.
The average increase is only five times. I’m talking about the average. Some people think that buying ADA or DOGE made them rich, but many I’ve seen have not realized their profits and have returned to the past. They were held hostage by their investments instead of coming to make money. Some believe that buying ADA will make them rich, which requires skill, but in my view: it definitely requires some luck. Making a million is still possible with effort; making over a billion depends on your fate.
Please do not fall into the survivor bias. Forgetting about the hundredfold increase sounds great, but the practical difficulty is immense. It requires luck, timing, and knowing how much to invest, when to take profits. Also, don’t fall into the trap of quantity and do not be tempted to buy assets just because they are cheap.
From these six months of BTC fluctuations, you can achieve million-level fluctuations. In fact, monthly returns can reach 20%, with certainty. If you dare to go all in, you can achieve that.
BTC---1,000,000 = Increase of 20% = Profit 200,000
Altcoins --- generally, you wouldn’t dare place an order for 1 million.
100,000 ———- Rise by 100% == Profit 100,000
How should we allocate?
The key point is:
Position management; position management is for your risk control.
More profit comes from risk awareness management.
Risk = What we can do is position management
1 million reference standard: 40% + 30% + 20% - +20%
40% [BTC ETH SOL] Hold on and accumulate at lower levels.
30% Best narrative targets; it’s best if they are leaders.
10% [MEME Hotspot, High Risk, High Profit]
20% is only used in extreme market conditions.
For example, when a black swan appears, this money maximizes its benefits.
This statement is worth revisiting after the bull market ends.
There won’t be many who outperform. I wish everyone good luck.
