BlackRock Bitcoin ETF Breaks $30 Billion in Holdings!
U.S. ETF Holdings About to Reach 1 Million BTC
Global asset management giant BlackRock's Bitcoin spot ETF has reached $30 billion in holdings in less than ten months, setting a market record. Since its launch on January 10, 2024, BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF has held over 417,000 Bitcoins. Senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas remarked on this speed as 'astonishing', noting that BlackRock achieved this milestone in 293 days, while the previous record holders $JEPI and $GLD took 1272 days and 1790 days, respectively.
Meanwhile, the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF market is witnessing a historic moment. So far, these ETFs have held approximately 996,000 Bitcoins, and it is expected that the cumulative holdings will exceed 1 million within the next 24 hours. Since February 15, 2024, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have accounted for 75% of new investments in Bitcoin, demonstrating a strong influx of capital.
The astonishing growth rate may position the ETF as the largest holder of Bitcoin globally. The ETF's holdings have reached 4.7% of the total Bitcoin supply in less than a year, reflecting the increasing favor of capital markets towards Bitcoin and pushing its price closer to historical highs. The ETF may surpass Satoshi Nakamoto's wallet (currently holding over 1.1 million BTC) in the coming months, becoming the world's largest Bitcoin holder. $HARD $USTC $BTC #BinanceBlockchainWeek #美国大选后行情预测 #TIA超大额解锁 #下一BTC历史新高是多少? #你问我答
