I think most traders know this feeling.
You enter
$BTC thinking:
“Okay. This time I’ll stick to the plan.”
Then BTC goes up a little.
You start wishing you had bought more.
It dips.
You start wondering if you made a mistake.
It dips a little more.
Now you’re staring at the chart every 30 seconds, moving your stop, changing your plan, convincing yourself it’ll come back.
And when it finally pumps again?
You sell too early because you’re scared of giving the profit back.
I’ve realised something:
The market isn’t always the hard part.
Sometimes it’s just us.
FOMO makes us chase.
Fear makes us exit.
Greed makes us overstay.
And one bad trade can mess with your head so much that the next trade becomes about getting your money back.
That’s when things usually get ugly.
So before you enter a trade, ask yourself one simple question:
“If this goes against me, will I still be okay with the decision I made?”
Because you can’t control what
$BTC does next.
You can control whether you lose your head when it does.
Be honest — what’s hurt you more as a trader?
FOMO, fear, or trying to win back a loss?
