I think most traders know this feeling.
You enter
$BTC thinking:
โOkay. This time Iโll stick to the plan.โ
Then BTC goes up a little.
You start wishing you had bought more.
It dips.
You start wondering if you made a mistake.
It dips a little more.
Now youโre staring at the chart every 30 seconds, moving your stop, changing your plan, convincing yourself itโll come back.
And when it finally pumps again?
You sell too early because youโre scared of giving the profit back.
Iโve realised something:
The market isnโt always the hard part.
Sometimes itโs just us.
FOMO makes us chase.
Fear makes us exit.
Greed makes us overstay.
And one bad trade can mess with your head so much that the next trade becomes about getting your money back.
Thatโs when things usually get ugly.
So before you enter a trade, ask yourself one simple question:
โIf this goes against me, will I still be okay with the decision I made?โ
Because you canโt control what
$BTC does next.
You can control whether you lose your head when it does.
Be honest โ whatโs hurt you more as a trader?
FOMO, fear, or trying to win back a loss?
