Traditional finance and Web3 are finally merging into one - the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) undeniably sets the rules of the game this year. Why split hairs between crypto and the traditional stock market if the line between them has already been erased? This global trend is exactly what Binance bStocks captures. Unlike competing platforms, where buying tokenized stocks requires using complex bridges, paying hidden fees, and interacting with convoluted dApps, bStocks makes the process intuitively clear right within a familiar ecosystem. No extra steps. I personally tested the functionality, and it’s an absolutely new level of convenience. You no longer need to constantly switch between traditional brokers and crypto exchanges—portfolio diversification is done literally in a few clicks. bStocks truly breaks down barriers and makes the stock market accessible. 🤝 #Binance #bStocks #bStocksSIC

#bstockscis @BinanceCIS And what happens to bStock if the company goes bankrupt? After yesterday’s post about delisting, I had a question: What happens to my bStock if the company itself goes bankrupt? It’s important to understand: bStock provides an economic exposure to the underlying share. So the company’s problems don’t just go away. Let’s imagine it very simply. The company goes bankrupt, sells its assets, and gets $100. First, the money goes to those with higher priority claims. Common shareholders are almost at the very end of the line. And if their turn comes but the money is already gone — they may receive nothing. So shares of the bankrupt company can lose almost all of their value. And since bStock is tied to that share, its economic value is also at risk. But there is an important difference: Delisting — the stock stops being traded on the exchange. Bankruptcy — the company itself has serious financial problems. These are not the same thing. And the main takeaway I wrote down for myself: Tokenization changes the form of the asset, but it doesn’t eliminate the risk of the company itself. Have you previously been able to tell the difference between delisting and bankruptcy? #bStocksSIC @BinanceCIS

After yesterday’s post about delisting, I had a question:

What happens to my bStock if the company itself goes bankrupt?

It’s important to understand: bStock provides an economic exposure to the underlying share. So the company’s problems don’t just go away.

Let’s imagine it very simply.

The company goes bankrupt, sells its assets, and gets $100.

First, the money goes to those with higher priority claims. Common shareholders are almost at the very end of the line. And if their turn comes but the money is already gone — they may receive nothing.

So shares of the bankrupt company can lose almost all of their value. And since bStock is tied to that share, its economic value is also at risk.

But there is an important difference:

Delisting — the stock stops being traded on the exchange.
Bankruptcy — the company itself has serious financial problems.

These are not the same thing.

And the main takeaway I wrote down for myself:

Tokenization changes the form of the asset, but it doesn’t eliminate the risk of the company itself.

Have you previously been able to tell the difference between delisting and bankruptcy?

🚀 SpaceX is already in bStocks. But the most interesting part — it’s not just inside the company itself. SpaceX has become one of the most unusual assets in the bStocks lineup. The tokenized asset has ticker $SPCXB , and spot trading of SPCXB/USDT on Binance started on June 12, 2026. 🔹 SpaceX is a private company that has ended up in a tokenized format. bStocks make it possible to gain exposure to such an asset through blockchain infrastructure. 🔹 SPCXB trades 24/7. That means access to the tokenized asset isn’t limited by the traditional stock market hours. 🔹 This isn’t just another technology asset. SpaceX has several major lines at once: Falcon rockets, Starlink, and space infrastructure. 🔹 SPCXB shows how far tokenization can go. A few years ago, buying exposure to a private space company through crypto infrastructure would have sounded very unusual. And that’s why SpaceX is, for me, one of the most interesting examples of bStocks. Not because of the hype around Elon Musk, but because of the idea itself: private business → tokenized asset → blockchain → round-the-clock access. It’ll be interesting to see which other companies from the traditional financial world might take this path. 👀 #bStocksSIC #TokenizedStocks #crypto #Web3 @BinanceCIS #bstockscis
