💰 Dividends in bStocks: where do they go?
When I started figuring out bStocks, I got curious: if the underlying stock pays a dividend, where does the holder of the tokenized exposure see it?
🔄 How does Multiplier work?
If the underlying company pays a dividend, Binance, after applicable taxes and expenses, reinvests the net amount back into the relevant asset. In other words, I don’t receive the dividend as a separate payment in USDT — through Multiplier, the economic exposure to the bStock increases.
📌 Binance has already announced dividend distributions for $MUB, $AAPLB, $IBMB, $AMATB, $MSFTB, $WDCB and NVDAB. For $NVDAB the next snapshot is scheduled for September 10, 2026.
🚀 My $SPCXB is a good example of the opposite. According to my history: 0,670 bought − 0,219 sold = 0,451 SPCXB. The current balance is fully explained by my transactions — there is no additional increase from dividend reinvestment. And that makes sense, because SpaceX does not pay dividends.
In the second screenshot you can see how I exchanged small amounts of cryptocurrency for SPCXB.
💡To me, Multiplier reminds me of an automatic DRIP: the dividend does not arrive in cash, but is returned to the asset and increases exposure.

💛 One more small victory and new experience together with Binance!
I’d like to share my result in the Binance CIS campaign dedicated to bStocks.
After the rewards distribution, I received 0.035 $BNB , my position in the leaderboard was 255, and I scored 99.85 points 🎉
But for me, the most valuable thing is not even the reward, but the new knowledge I gained during the campaign. I delved deeper into bStocks, the tokenization of traditional assets, and the opportunities to combine the stock market with the crypto ecosystem.
And for me, this is no longer just theory. I personally have exposure to SpaceX through $SPCXB — 0.48426436 $SPCXB 🚀 So it was especially interesting to better understand the tool I use in my portfolio.
I like the idea behind bStocks: getting exposure to traditional assets in a tokenized form and taking advantage of the crypto infrastructure.

But bStocks on Binance Spot can trade 24/7.
And that’s where I started wondering: if the stock itself isn’t trading right now, where does the bStock price come from?
It’s simpler than it seems.
The bStock price on Spot is formed by buyers and sellers. Even when the stock exchange is closed, news keeps coming out, and people keep buying and selling.
So on weekends, the bStock price may differ from the last price of the underlying stock.

24/7 means that bStock can trade even when the underlying stock is “resting”.

I’ll keep it short because this is my last post as part of this activity.
From the very beginning, I put money into bstocks just to test the mechanics. But at the end, I decided to test the most important thing—how withdrawals work. I withdrew my mstrb from the spot straight to my web3 wallet and immediately swapped them back into USDT. I wanted to make sure my funds wouldn’t get stuck in the system and that the smart contract really returns the cash.
Everything worked perfectly—my money converted instantly. So I kept a normal position on $NVDAB and other assets, and now I’m calmly holding them.

For me, the main advantage is that I buy stocks with my regular USDT. I don’t go through boring verifications with traditional brokers, and I don’t wait for the traditional market to open. I just enter the ticker and buy the asset directly on the Binance spot.
The share offering ends, but I’m not closing my position on $NVDAB because the instrument turned out to be really convenient.
