In Lomé, Abidjan, Dakar, or Cotonou, people are already juggling several
worlds. But if you had to bet on ONE dominant payment method
across the UEMOA region by 2031, which one would you choose?
A) 📱 Mobile Money (Flooz, T-Money, Mixx, Wave) — undisputed king
B) 🪙 Crypto / stablecoins — to send and receive without borders
C) 🏦 The good old classic bank account and the PI-SPI$🤑 system

My clear-cut opinion: Mobile Money won the LOCAL game, but the moment
you need to send money TO or FROM abroad, it shows
its limits (fees, delays, caps). That’s where crypto
changes the rules for the Togolese diaspora.
