Recently, many people have been asking whether the RH chain still has a chance to launch.
After BTC takes the lead and completes its breakout, it consolidates at high levels—then the mid-tier altcoins follow, and finally the market usually cycles back to the top-tier.
The RH chain definitely still has an opportunity and it won’t be too late. After all, it’s the one that helped kickstart this wave.
This round may be even more疯狂 than the one in August, because the market environment is better than it was before. BTC has already returned to around $85,000, and crypto-related stocks are moving up in sync. As long as BTC doesn’t keep ripping upward, but instead stabilizes and trades sideways at high levels, risk appetite will be passed down step by step into mid-tier altcoins and then into top-tier plays.
Crypto stocks are now entering the policy implementation phase. This time, the SEC granted a five-year conditional exemption for stock token trading. It requires that the token corresponds to real stock equity, dividends, and voting rights—rather than a simple price mirroring.
In practice, this opens the door for US regulatory compliance for stock tokens + AMMs + liquidity pools. RH happens to be one of the most direct beneficiaries.
For the HOOD Summit on September 29–30, the official organizers have already clearly stated it will be the biggest in its history, and they will announce new trading products. It’s highly likely that this will help ignite on-chain activity.
So my view is that this second round has the conditions to be even more crazy than August—but the pace will be different. The early lead will likely come from infrastructure-type narratives that are actively building. Only at the end will “trash coins” catch up in a lagged rebound. July and August were about discovering emotions from 0 to 1. Next will be a value re-evaluation from 1 to 10.
During this period, I’ve also been adding to some infrastructure MEMEs at dips, but some coins can’t quite return to their peak anymore.
