France is heading into a presidential election while a major money problem is being mostly ignored.

According to a new OECD warning mentioned, if France does not reform its finances, its debt could rise to 203% of GDP by 2050. And debt repayments could become the biggest item in the national budget, even bigger than education, health, and defence combined. To avoid that, France would need about €100 billion in budget adjustment by 2030.
