3 July – St. Thomas the Apostle (Feast) One of the Twelve Apostles, often called “Doubting Thomas” for his initial refusal to believe the Resurrection until he could see and touch the wounds of the Risen Christ. Jesus appeared to him eight days later and invited him to do exactly that, prompting Thomas’s profound confession: “My Lord and my God!” (John 20:28). Tradition holds that he preached the Gospel in Parthia and India, founding the ancient St. Thomas Christian communities in Kerala. He was martyred by spearing in Mylapore (near modern Chennai), India, around 72 AD. Patron of architects, builders, and India; invoked against doubt. “My Lord and my God!” The apostle whose honest doubt led to one of the clearest confessions of Christ’s divinity — reminding us that sincere questions, when brought to the Lord, can become the foundation of unshakeable faith. Lord Jesus, through the intercession of St. Thomas the Apostle, strengthen our faith when we doubt, grant us the grace to confess You boldly as Lord and God, and lead many souls to You through missionary zeal. #ThomasTheApostle #DoubtingThomas #MyLordAndMyGod #ApostleToIndia #FaithAndCrypto △▽▯ * [Sentiment/Catholic] ✝️🕯 Maybe a little breather, to welcome to Avi's Royal organisation? (Feast)

One of the Twelve Apostles, often called “Doubting Thomas” for his initial refusal to believe the Resurrection until he could see and touch the wounds of the Risen Christ. Jesus appeared to him eight days later and invited him to do exactly that, prompting Thomas’s profound confession: “My Lord and my God!” (John 20:28). “My Lord and my God!”

The apostle whose honest doubt led to one of the clearest confessions of Christ’s divinity — reminding us that sincere questions, when brought to the Lord, can become the foundation of unshakeable faith.

Lord Jesus, through the intercession of St. Thomas the Apostle, strengthen our faith when we doubt, grant us the grace to confess You boldly as Lord and God, and lead many souls to You through missionary zeal.

22 May – St. Rita of Cascia Religious, Widow & Mystic (Optional Memorial) Born Margherita Lotti in 1381 in Roccaporena, Italy. Married at a young age to a violent husband, she endured an abusive marriage for 18 years while raising two sons and working for peace in her family and community. After her husband’s violent death and the tragic loss of her sons, she entered the Augustinian convent at Cascia as a widow. There she lived a life of intense prayer, severe penance, and charity. She received the stigmata in the form of a thorn from Christ’s crown embedded in her forehead, which caused her great suffering. Famous for many miracles during and after her life, she is especially invoked as the Patroness of Impossible Causes, difficult marriages, and hopeless situations. Died on 22 May 1457. Canonized in 1900 by Pope Leo XIII. “Be at peace, my child. God is a Father who is full of mercy and compassion.” A woman who transformed profound suffering, abuse, and loss into deep union with the Crucified Christ — proving that no situation is truly impossible when entrusted to God’s mercy and the intercession of His saints. Lord Jesus, through the intercession of St. Rita of Cascia, grant us hope in impossible situations, healing in difficult relationships, strength to forgive, and the grace to embrace our crosses with love and trust in Your merciful Heart. #Avi #StRitaOfCascia #PatronessOfImpossibleCauses #AugustinianSaint #FaithAndCrypto △▽▯ * [Sentiment/Catholic] ✝️🕯 Maybe a little breather, to welcome to Avi's Royal organisation?
