This week, Russia imposed a nationwide ban on exporting diesel due to widespread fuel shortages caused by Ukrainian drone attacks.

On July 10, the Russian Ministry of Defense said it shot down 376 drones overnight; however, the impacts sparked severe fires at the Ilsky refinery (Krasnodar), damaged two storage depots in Rostov, and hit an oil tanker.
