🚨 Bitcoin is about to start its full cycle all over again, according to one trader.

The accumulation phase is nearly over, with only two things left to trigger a massive jump in price action:

First: The U.S. Treasury has just doubled the size of its bond buyback operations, which analysts describe as “mini QE.”

- From $2 billion to $4 billion per operation.
- Starts on September 9.

This news alone caused yields to fall and pushed the Bitcoin price to break above the $69,000 level within hours.

And it hasn’t even kicked in for real yet.

Second: Short positions are getting brutally crushed.

- Liquidations worth $41 million over the past two days.
- 96% of them were short positions.
- Liquidations worth $1.1 billion in just one hour.

This is just a small portion of the short positions piled up over the past month—most of these positions are still stuck.

The spark is already there, and the fuel tank is already filled.

The biggest remaining spark is the “Clarity Act.” If the Senate passes it, all the mechanisms mentioned above will be boosted by trillions of dollars in institutional money that will finally enter the market after a long wait.
