Building an AI agent is not as hard as many people think. But there are a few things I wish I had known sooner.

True power comes from combining multiple models together in the same workflow. No single model is strong enough on its own, but when combined correctly, the results are drastically different.

📌 Lesson 3 — Behavior is more important than capability:
How you shape the behavior of the agent — personality, tasks, limits — determines whether users will return or not. A well-set-up agent will create a usage habit.

📌 Lesson 4 — Community is everything:

📌 Lesson 5 — Just build and learn:
