$LUNC is the only name on tonight's Binance board whose geometry works — and I am still not calling it.

Screen: ATR(14d) is 5.35% of price, so an honest stop needs 8.03% of room. Nearest real resistance is 17.7% up. That is 2.20:1 before a single fundamental. Five other scored names failed the same test tonight.

The catalyst is real and dated: Proposal #12223 tripled the on-chain burn tax from 0.5% to 1.5%, live 2 August, 80/10/10 split so ~1.2% burns.

Then you check what it touches.

• Not Binance trades. On-chain transfers and withdrawals only.
• Reported burn was ~32M LUNC/day at 0.5%. Triple it: ~96M/day on a 5.54 trillion float = 0.633% a year, ~109 years to halve it — and only if a 3x tax does not cut on-chain activity, which is what the No voters argued.
• Binance's biggest single monthly burn (1 May, 923,238,507 LUNC) was 0.017% of that float.

Good geometry, immaterial catalyst. No trade call on LUNC.

Proposal #12223 (1.5% On-Chain Tax) has 69 hours left and is likely to fail. The total votes haven't reached the quorum. Also, strong opposition (No/Veto) almost equals the supporting votes. It will be rejected unless major voters step in at the last minute.
