​The "Breakout & Retest" Checklist

​Instead of chasing a price that is already moving fast (which is how most people lose money), you wait for the market to prove its direction and then "buy the dip" at a proven level.

​1. Identify the Level (The Setup)

​Look for a clear horizontal line where the price has "hit its head" at least twice. This is Resistance.

​To extract profit, you need to find where the "Big Fish" (Institutions) are likely to buy. On a 1-Hour chart, you aren't looking for every little wiggle. You are looking for Major Turning Points.

​The "Squint Test"

​Open your 1-Hour chart and zoom out until the candles look small.

• ​Look for areas where the price hit a floor and "V-shaped" back up. Draw a horizontal line there.

• ​Look for areas where the price hit a ceiling and "Inverted V-shaped" back down. Draw a line there.

• ​The Zone: Treat these lines as "Zones" (like a thick rug) rather than laser-thin lines.

​3. The Execution Plan (Step-by-Step)

​This is how you use your brain to stay calm while the market moves.

• ​Preparation: Identify your Support Zone on the 1-Hour chart.

• ​Patience: Wait for the price to fall into that Support Zone. Do not buy yet.

• ​Observation: Look for that Bullish Pin Bar to form inside or touching the zone.

• ​Entry: Place a "Buy Stop" order 1-2 pips above the high of the Pin Bar.

• ​Protection: Place your "Stop Loss" 2-5 pips below the tail of the Pin Bar.

• ​Extraction: Set your "Take Profit" at the next 1-Hour Resistance level.

​Why this works for your Brain:

​By waiting for the Pin Bar on the 1-Hour chart, you are using "Confluence." You have the Level (Support) plus the Momentum (The Pin Bar rejection).
