The 38th Platform & Treasury Council meeting covered a range of updates spanning network development, web unification, governance, and ecosystem growth.

Network & Development Updates

The developer team shared updates centered on security hardening across the network and execution layers, reflecting the team’s continued emphasis on delivering a secure and stable mainnet. Expanded RPC endpoints and improved node onboarding tooling have been rolled out in response to validator feedback, alongside the implementation of signed, verifiable releases for node operators. Real-world stress testing is ongoing with growing node participation, and active engagement continues with dApp developers and infrastructure providers on testnet. Third-party audits are in the process of being scheduled, with some architectural refinements currently underway.

Unified Web Presence

The new unified web presence is progressing well. The design phase is nearing completion with all major pages and layouts finalized, and content finalization is currently underway with a deadline at the end of next week. Two color palette options are being evaluated for the homepage. The build phase – a full custom, mobile-first development effort – is expected to kick off shortly after content is locked.

Key Proposals Discussed

A Contractor Engagement Framework proposal was presented, aimed at formalizing short-term contractor engagements. The framework is designed to provide operational flexibility while maintaining proper governance oversight and approvals.

Telcoin Explorer Update

Work on the Telcoin Explorer continues, with ongoing fixes, scaling improvements, and backend preparations. Observer node deployment is in progress, and the team is exploring future dashboarding solutions.
