That frustration pushed me into closing SUI and BNB early, even though the plan was to HOLD them. I broke my own rules, and the moment rules are violated, emotions take control.
After that, I chased SOL at 140, and that was a pure revenge trade — not a setup, not a plan, just emotional reaction. That’s why I’m exiting the trade completely. This is exactly how repeated mistakes happen if we don’t pause and reset our mindset.
