🇱🇻 Latvia’s government has collapsed: Prime Minister Evika Siliņa has resigned amid a political crisis in the country
The trigger was a scandal following the flight of two drones, reportedly Ukrainian, which were not intercepted and eventually crashed onto the territory of an oil storage facility in Rēzekne.
Afterward, Siliņa dismissed Defense Minister Andris Sprūds, but the move caused a split within the ruling coalition. Two coalition parties declared that the government had effectively fallen.
“This was not an easy decision, but it was the right one,” Siliņa said while announcing her resignation.#GiaBitcoinHomNay $ETH $BTC $USDC

Together with King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima (@koninklijkhuis), I visited President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump at the White House this evening.
Our visit focused on the special and deeply rooted bond between the United States and the Netherlands. We talked about our strong trade relations and our security cooperation, including within NATO.
Of course we also discussed the recent developments in and around Iran. It is important that we now work towards a sustainable solution and prevent the situation from escalating further. Russia’s continuing aggression in Ukraine was also a key topic of discussion.
