This is a painful reminder that patience matters in crypto.
He spent $443K worth of $ETH to buy 7.99M PONS tokens , sold after the drop for $135K, and took a $308K loss.
Those same tokens are now worth around $3.46M.
Of course, nobody can know in advance which token will eventually make that kind of move. But panic selling after FOMOing into a position can turn a temporary drawdown into a permanent loss.
The lesson for me is simple: manage your risk, invest only what you’re prepared to lose, and don’t let short-term volatility force you into decisions you’ll regret later.

The key here isn’t simply the upside targets. It’s how XRP reacts around each structural level and whether the market can confirm a breakout with sustained momentum and volume.
1️⃣ $1.80 — First structural test
$1.80 is the first major resistance zone I’m watching. A clean break and reclaim above this level would be important confirmation that XRP is finally moving out of its current range.
I’d want to see the breakout hold on a retest rather than just a short-lived wick above resistance.
2️⃣ $2.70–$2.80 — Major historical zone
If $1.80 turns into support, the next significant area is around $2.70–$2.80.
This zone has previously acted as an important support/resistance area, making it a natural place for sellers to step in and for volatility to increase.
3️⃣ Previous ATH — Price discovery
A decisive reclaim of the $2.80 area would put XRP back into its previous upper range.
Above the former highs, the market enters a different environment: less historical resistance and potentially more liquidity around previous ATH levels.
So my roadmap is:
$1.80 → $2.70–$2.80 → ATH
Of course, these are levels I’m watching, not guaranteed targets. The confirmation will come from price action, volume and how XRP behaves at each level.
