Awhile ago had a few crypto people in my life who complained frequently about unfair things happening to them & some rubbed off on me. Constantly focusing on it ended up making me feel way less in control of my own situation so had to do a revert as it was impacting my own agency

Seems there are a lot of varying definitions of pmf in crypto. My personal take is if you're a founder, you should have a very high bar on what pmf is for your company. A false sense of pmf (airdrop farming, ego, etc) can potentially lead you in the wrong direction

Builder fees on Hyperliquid are really neat. It enables developers to earn trading fees for building apps on Hyperliquid. It's similar to a referral fee but built in at the network layer so permissionless for builders to start monetizing. Smart way for incentivizing new frontends

It's kinda wild how short some of the time frames referenced in crypto are. People asking well then why hasn't [x] happened yet then? Um because it takes actual time and work to get there?

Having chatted with a lot of different chain ecosystems now, the difference between ecosystem/BD team responsiveness is wild. Some have been insanely proactive and helpful and others keep ghosting when saying they'll do things after multiple follow ups
