Bitcoin ETF Outflows Hit Record Levels in November as BTC Drops
In November, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded historic net outflows totaling $3.79 billion, marking their worst month on record. The iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) by BlackRock accounted for the majority of withdrawals, seeing $2.47 billion in capital outflows — roughly 63% of the total.
These redemptions came shortly after a brief period of modest inflows, but renewed selling pressure has pushed Bitcoin to deeper lows. According to CoinGecko data cited in the report, BTC recently fell to a seven-month low as ETF outflows accelerated.
Analysts suggest that the sharp withdrawals may reflect short-term repositioning by institutional investors or speculative capital rather than a long-term rejection of Bitcoin. However, the trend has raised concerns about market liquidity, given that ETFs are a major channel linking traditional finance to the crypto market.
If heavy outflows persist, Bitcoin could face continued downward pressure and heightened volatility, especially as ETFs have become one of the largest sources of spot market demand. $BTC $ETH #etf

Chris Yin, co-founder and CEO of Plume — a Layer-2 blockchain specializing in real-world assets (RWA) — predicts that the RWA market could expand 3–5× by 2026. Current on-chain RWA value stands at over $35 billion, held by approximately 539,000 users, according to data from RWA.xyz. Yin believes the sector is moving beyond early crypto-native adopters and is now entering a phase of broader institutional and mainstream integration.
He expects growth across four dimensions: market capitalization, user adoption, asset variety, and real-world utility. Future tokenized assets may include private credit, oil, energy, mining rights, GPU capacity, and other yield-generating real-world sectors. Stronger regulatory frameworks around stablecoins and tokenized assets could accelerate this transition, pushing RWA from pilot programs into full-scale deployment.
Plume recently partnered with Securitize — a leading tokenization platform backed by BlackRock and Morgan Stanley — to bring institutional-grade real-world assets onto Plume’s ecosystem through its Nest staking protocol. The collaboration also includes plans to onboard Hamilton Lane funds and additional asset classes to Plume in 2026, helping drive large-scale adoption and institutional liquidity into the RWA sector.
Overall, Yin argues RWA represents one of the strongest narratives for the next cycle, supported by regulation, institutional involvement, and scalable tokenization infrastructure. $PLUME $STBL $RWA
Binance CEO Says Bitcoin Volatility Is Just Like Other Assets
Binance CEO Richard Teng recently commented that Bitcoin’s recent sharp decline is driven by investor deleveraging and broad “risk-off” sentiment — a behavior he sees in many other major asset classes, not just crypto.
He noted that while Bitcoin dropped over 20% this month, the pullback represents a “healthy consolidation” rather than systemic weakness.
Despite the volatility, he emphasized that Bitcoin is still trading at more than twice its 2024 levels, reflecting strong institutional participation.
Teng also attributed part of the market’s recent stress to macroeconomic worries, particularly around a possible burst of an AI-driven asset bubble.
In his view, this kind of volatility is not unique to cryptocurrency — traditional markets also undergo similar cycles — and the current consolidation could be a necessary “breather” for the crypto industry. $BTC #BTC
Michael Saylor responded that Strategy is not a fund or holding company but an operating business with a $500M software division and an active Bitcoin-backed financing strategy. He highlighted the issuance of $7.7B in credit products this year and said index classifications do not change the company’s long-term plan to build a Bitcoin-driven structured-finance enterprise $BTC #btc #NewsAboutCrypto
