THE SILENT COUP’S FATAL FLAW
Treasury just wired America’s $38 trillion debt to crypto volatility. Nobody told you.
Here is what the Bank for International Settlements discovered in May 2025, buried in Working Paper 1270:
When stablecoins grow, Treasury yields fall 2 basis points per $3.5 billion inflow.
When stablecoins contract, yields spike 6 to 8 basis points.
The ratio is not symmetric. Outflows hit three times harder than inflows help.
The GENIUS Act, signed July 18, 2025, mandates that stablecoin issuers hold reserves exclusively in Treasury bills. Tether alone now holds $135 billion in U.S. government debt. This created captive demand that suppresses borrowing costs during expansion.
November 2025 delivered the first reversal in 26 months. Market cap fell $4.5 billion. Three days ago, S&P downgraded Tether to its lowest stability rating, citing 24 percent high risk reserves including Bitcoin that now exceeds the company’s entire overcollateralization buffer.
The arithmetic is devastating.
A 20 percent stablecoin contraction at current scale forces $60 billion in Treasury liquidations. At 3x convexity, yields spike 60 basis points. Against $38 trillion in debt, each basis point costs $3.8 billion annually.
Total damage: $228 billion added to yearly interest expense. That is a 22 percent increase in debt servicing from a single quarter of crypto outflows.
The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve provides no hedge. Post seizure holdings of 326,000 BTC cover 0.078 percent of federal debt. When crypto crashes, that reserve loses value precisely when protection is needed.
The administration banned CBDCs in January. Powell confirmed no digital dollar during his tenure. Yet the very crisis this architecture creates hands the Federal Reserve its strongest argument for reasserting control.
Treasury built a demand engine with no reverse gear.

My personal view on the next Bitcoin move and again, this is based on structure and momentum, not emotional guessing.....
Everyone is screaming “long” or “short,” but very few people are actually looking at what the chart is telling us. So here’s the clear and simple breakdown.
$BTC pushed into the 91,500–92,000 supply zone and got rejected immediately. That alone shows sellers are still active and defending every bounce. This reaction confirms that the market still has bearish pressure.
The most important level right now is the 87,000–86,500 support block shown on the chart. BTC has bounced from this zone before, but the price is slowing down again, which means we need to watch it carefully.
If BTC loses this level cleanly, the door opens for a deeper drop toward the 82,500 area.
On the flip side, strength only appears if BTC can reclaim 92,000 with real momentum and volume. Right now, the candles show hesitation not strength which tells us the trend hasn’t flipped yet.
Here’s the simple conclusion after rechecking everything:
BTC is still forming lower highs.
The rejection from 91–92k proves sellers are still in control.
Until BTC breaks above 92k, upside remains weak.
And for those asking “long or short right now?” — the answer is: neither.
We are stuck between a strong resistance above and a strong support below.
This is not a clean long.
This is not a safe short.
The risk-to-reward is bad on both sides.
Bottom Line: – Trend is still bearish.
– But this current zone is a no-trade zone.
– Patience is the best strategy right now.
Either BTC reclaims 92k and gives a clean long setup…
or it breaks below 87k and continues down toward 82k.
Until one of those happens, the smartest move is to wait and avoid unnecessary risk.

I've learnd a very expensive lesson in crypto market. I started about two months ago with $58k and went down to $25k in less than a month. I went 100x with all my money wanted to make a quick buck, not knowing the true consequences.
During that time, I found out about copy function where i can invest my money in different people's wallet and saw that everyone trades differently and there is no right answer, just different ways of making money. Yet, they all had one thing in common, that is they don't trade in minutes or hours but days. Also not one person traded with over 25x.
I realized at that moment that the most important thing in trading is to try to read the flow and ride it, but not in the middle and especially not when the market is volatile and indesicive.
Since i learned that, I've quadrupled sitting at around $95k in about a week. Still a lot of losses as much as wins, but the losses are now much smaller and the profits are huge.
I'm hpoing to make $2m by next summer so that i can purchase my first home for my family, share this money with my parents for all the things they have done for me and my wife who married me for who I am.
I started trading in Sept of this year so still very new and probably not the best one to give advices but I just wanted to share my two cents woth you all. :)
