We’re pleased to share that more selected Binance Earn products are now available to qualifying UK Professional Users* on Binance.com.
For some time, regulatory constraints in the United Kingdom meant that Binance had to restrict access to certain Earn features that were staking, savings, and loans in nature for UK users.
Following recent developments in the UK regulation on staking being exempt from the classification as a collective investment scheme, and following further review of our approach to the applicable exemptions under the UK financial promotions regime, Binance is now able to offer the following Earn products to qualifying UK Professional Users as well:
Products Now Available to UK Professional Users
Simple Earn (Flexible and Locked Products)
Liquid Staking (WBETH & BNSOL) and related campaigns (e.g. BNSOL Super Stake)
Crypto Loans (Flexible and Fixed Rate Loans)
RWUSD (reward-generating product)
Products Already Available to UK Professional Users
Professional users are now able to fully access the abovementioned products and relevant associated campaigns via the Binance platform.
*Qualifying UK Professional Users comprise investment professionals and high-net-worth companies, unincorporated associations, etc. falling within the scope of Articles 19 and 49 of the UK Financial Services & Markets Act (Financial Promotions) Order 2005 (“UK Professional Users”).
UK Professional Users can follow these steps:
Register as a UK Professional User.
Sign in to Binance on the App or website.
Go to Earn.
Explore our full suite of Binance Earn Products:
Simple Earn (Flexible and Locked Products)
Crypto Loans (Flexible and Fixed Rate Loans)
RWUSD (reward-generating product)
Select your token and term (where applicable), and click [Subscribe].
Review the details (APR, lock-up/redemption rules, any airdrop/bonus eligibility, risks) and click [Confirm].
Track and manage it via [Assets] > [Earn] (to view rewards, top up, or redeem).
Note: Please contact Customer Support or your VIP Account Manager if you are a UK Professional User and do not see Earn products when you access Binance.
UK Professional Users represent a high-net-worth and investment-experienced segment of the Binance user base. With growing interest in crypto financial products, restoring access empowers them to:
Optimise asset utilization through flexible yield products;
