Binance Simple Earn is pleased to announce two promotions for Simple Earn ETH Flexible Products! During the Promotion Period, all eligible ETH holders who make new subscriptions to ETH Flexible Products during the Promotion Period will have a chance to win up to 3,000 USDC Red Packets.
In addition, eligible users who subscribe to ETH Flexible Products can enjoy up to 3.3% APR, which includes an exclusive 2% Bonus Tiered APR on top of the Real-Time APR rewards.
Promotion Period: 2025-05-19 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-06-17 23:59 (UTC)
All users who confirm their participation and make new subscriptions to ETH Flexible Products with at least 0.05 ETH during the Promotion Period can participate in Promotion A.
Eligible users will then be ranked by the sum of their Daily Net ETH Flexible Products Subscription Snapshot* during the Promotion Period. The top 50 eligible participants will qualify to receive up to 3,000 USDC Red Packet rewards, as per the table below.
*Daily Net ETH Flexible Products Subscription Snapshot = (New ETH Flexible Products subscription amount - Total ETH Flexible Products redemption amount - Total ETH Staking redemption amount) during the Promotion Period
Only newly subscribed ETH Flexible Products Amount during the Promotion Period are eligible. Redemption from ETH Flexible Products and ETH Staking will reduce the Daily Net ETH Flexible Products Subscription Snapshot.
After the Promotion Period starts, if a user redeems from ETH Flexible Products or ETH Staking and re-subscribes the same amount to ETH Flexible Products, then this user’s Daily Net ETH Flexible Products Subscription Snapshot will be zero.
Case Study 1:
User A opts in to this Promotion and makes a new subscription to ETH Flexible Products with 1 ETH on 2025-05-19 and keeps it till 2025-06-17, and no redemption was made from ETH Flexible Products or ETH Staking.
User A’s Daily Net ETH Flexible Products Subscription Snapshot will be 1 from 2025-05-19 to 2025-06-17, across the 30-days period.
Thus, the sum of User A’s Daily Net ETH Flexible Products Subscription Snapshot will be 30.
Case Study 2:
User B opts in to this Promotion and makes a new subscription to ETH Flexible Products with 3 ETH on 2025-05-19 and keeps it till 2025-06-17. However, User B redeems 1 ETH from ETH Staking on 2025-05-19.
User B’s Daily Net ETH Flexible Products Subscription Snapshot will be 2 from 2025-05-19 to 2025-06-17, across the 30-days period.
Thus, the sum of User B’s Daily Net ETH Flexible Products Subscription Snapshot will be 60.
Promotion Period: 2025-05-19 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-06-17 23:59 (UTC)
Subscription Format: Complete subscription on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the terms below.
Rewards Distribution:
Bonus Tiered APR: Distributed to users’ Spot Accounts on a daily basis. The first reward will be given the day after accrual starts (two days after subscription).
Real-Time APR: Accrued and directly accumulated in users’ Earn Accounts every minute.
Users can buy ETH on the Buy Crypto page, which supports payment methods including Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and account balances. Users can also deposit ETH to their Binance account.

Select FLEXIBLE, and subscribe to ETH Simple Earn Flexible Products to start earning rewards!
Changes to the Simple Earn Rewards Rate will be published on the Platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms & Conditions and Risk Warning for more information prior to using Simple Earn.
Only users who confirm their participation on the campaign page and complete account verification will be eligible for rewards from Promotion A.
Reward Distribution:
Promotion A:
Rewards will be distributed within four (4) weeks after the Promotion ends via Pay-Red Packet directly to the user's Funding Account. The rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each user may only receive a maximum of one reward from this Promotion.
Once the rewards are distributed, eligible users will receive app push and in-mail notifications. Users can check rewards via the Pay > Transaction History.
Red Packet rewards are limited to jurisdictions and are subject to eligibility based on the user's country or region of residence.
Promotion B:
Real-Time APR is subject to change every minute, please refer to the respective product page(s) for accurate information. Real-Time APR rewards are accrued and directly accumulated in users’ Earn Accounts every minute.
Bonus Tiered APR is offered as an additional reward on top of Real-Time APR. Upon subscription, Bonus Tiered APR rewards start to accrue the next day starting from 00:00 (UTC). Rewards will start to be distributed the following day after accrual starts between 00:00 (UTC) and 08:00 (UTC) to the user’s Spot Account.
All users who hold open positions for ETH Flexible Products will receive both Real-Time APR and Bonus Tiered APR rewards during the Promotion Period. Once the Promotion ends, users will be entitled to Real-Time APR rewards only.
Bonus Tiered APR rewards are calculated based on the subscribed amounts and are subject to the respective tier limit for each token. Please refer to this FAQ for more details.
APR rewards are distributed from Binance’s own funds, and are determined based on the assessment and evaluation of prevailing market conditions.
The assets users deposit in Simple Earn may be loaned to other Binance users (e.g., Margin and Crypto Loan products).
A large amount of redemption requests might delay redemption temporarily. Redemptions may resume upon return of liquidity.
Users can view their Flexible Products assets by going to Assets > Earn > Simple Earn.
Redemption time for Flexible Products subscriptions: Instant.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
