The first 5,000 verified new users* in selected South Asia regions who make their first P2P purchase of at least 2.3 USDT equivalent via selected merchant ads can enjoy a discounted USDT rate on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to limit by individual ad owners (merchants).

New users* refer to users who have not completed any P2P transactions on Binance via prior to 2025-07-07 00:00 (UTC +5.5).
This Promotion may be completed once only.
Eligible users may receive a maximum discount rate of 0.07 USD below market price, subject to limit by individual ad owners (merchants).
This Promotion is applicable to verified new P2P users in South Asia regions, who have received an official notification about this promotion via app push, inmail, or email.
The first 5,000 eligible users who complete account verification and buy USDT via selected merchant ads on Binance P2P will be eligible for the USDT discount on a first-come, first-served basis.
New User is defined as users who have not completed any P2P transactions on Binance via bank prior to 2024-07-07 00:00 (UTC +5.5).

Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or performing wash trade or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be from illegally bulk registered accounts.
