To enhance user experience and deliver more professional and value-driven services, Binance is pleased to announce a comprehensive upgrade to the existing Fund Manager Program.
The Fund Manager Program supports multiple master accounts with shared ownership or established under the same fund structure to aggregate their trading volumes and BNB holdings when calculating Binance’s VIP Program tiers and share the VIP fee level across the accounts.
With this upgrade, the program will be renamed to the Designated Accounts Program with new structures and expanded benefits. It introduces a new two-tier system, with the higher tier supporting the aggregation of trading volume in Liquidity Provider Programs and shared maker fee.

Accounts who have passed the Entity Verification (KYB) on Binance can be qualified for the program in one of the two tiers:
Tier 1: Comprehensive Designated Accounts
Same UBO holds ≥ 25% ownership across multiple Binance accounts
Tier 2: Super Designated Accounts
Same UBO holds 100% ownership across multiple Binance accounts; or
Fund-type accounts with the same Investment Manager across multiple Binance accounts
To qualify, users are required to provide the following documents to prove their eligibility:
Shared UBO
Register of members
Shared Investment Manager
Investment Management Agreement, and
Private Placement Memorandum or other valid delegation of authority documents.
Eligible users can submit their applications by contacting their sales or key account coverage managers.
The newly introduced tiers offer new benefits, as per the table below. Tier 2 accounts will be able to aggregate trading volume for Liquidity Provider Programs and enjoy a shared maker fee.

Only accounts actively participating in Liquidity Provider Programs will be eligible for Liquidity Provider trading volume aggregation and shared maker fee.

All metrics related to the program are measured by Binance at its sole and absolute discretion. Binance reserves the rights to the review and final approval of VIP tier adjustments.
All applications are voluntary and based on the metrics described above. Binance will keep any information provided in the context of this program confidential, subject to the Terms of Use.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify accounts that do not meet Binance’s compliance requirements and breach the Terms of Use or any agreement, undertaking or commitment with Binance.com, including but not limited to those engaged in wash trades or illegal bulk account registrations, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
To protect users, Binance, at its sole discretion, may amend or terminate this program based on specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
Any applicable law, decree or judgment of any court, or any award of any arbitrator or those of any governmental or regulatory authority in any jurisdiction;
Anti-money laundering, combating financing terrorism rules or compliance regulations or rules;
Any technical problems, system failures, malfunctions, communication line failures, high internet traffic or demand, related issues, security breaches or any similar technical problems or defects experienced;
Force majeure event as defined in Terms of Binance.com.
Binance reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at its sole and absolute discretion.
