$BTC Charlie Munger once said: do the right thing, and then repeat it. So after playing intermittently for one or two years, now I have some of my own ideas and thoughts. I’ve set a few constraints and execution requirements for myself. 1. I must have reverence for, and a protective attitude toward, my principal. If I’m not responsible with my own principal, how can I use it to make profits. 2. Buy only projects that have real use and generate actual income. Going forward, I’m no longer limited to virtual currencies. I’ll try to buy products with real value—for example, stocks. 3. No longer play those shady projects characterized by explosive pumps and crashes. I’ll only play a few mainstream virtual currencies. 4. In the short term, I can use a small portion of profitable capital to play with low-multiple leverage, and I will strictly cut losses. I’ll hold mainstream value-accretive projects long term—hold for the long run and pursue value investing. 5. Start learning blockchain and virtual currencies from 0, beginning with principles and the underlying layer. Also learn investment and personal finance knowledge. Slow is fast—break down and study the projects I want to invest in. If I don’t understand something, I won’t play it anymore; I will make real investments to achieve returns and payback. 6. Try not to short-sell. 7. Reject junk, no matter how many times it has surged.

$ONE It really is only one—feels like you could even double or triple to five times. Even without leverage, this is already huge returns. I just feel like you can keep going up. I’ll buy a small position to test it, and see if I have a chance to get a 5x or even a 10x coin. With a small position and low leverage, you can hold on no matter what. Even if I lose, it won’t have much impact!!!

$AAVE $BTC How come tonight, over these one or two hours, suddenly a surge of emotion rose up, and then it quickly died down? Basically, after a while I always get confused about where this feeling comes from.

$牛来 I always feel that this meaning is so good: in the future, everyone will share a frenzy of consensus. Especially when people think the bull market is here, when it comes time to start the bull market, emotions will surge and it will feel like it’s going to rise a lot.

$BR People, for a fake like this that’s extremely volatile, everyone basically manually buys futures contracts—does anyone like using a DCA robot to eat up the volatility in a super choppy market like this?

$牛来 I just feel that Niu Lai will rise very high during a bull market, because when a bull market comes, everyone will always reach a consensus about the bull market, which leads to a surge in enthusiasm. Then people actively buy Niu Lai—it's kind of like a faith, a form of comfort. Just a personal opinion.

How long can this upward move last? In the past one or two weeks, it has been grinding back and forth, and it has worn my temper out. I’ve been stuck making small profits and small losses just trying to get back to break even on the principal. I’m afraid that the market might suddenly drop sharply next and I’ll want to close everything, missing the chance. But I’m also afraid the market will surge upward massively next and I’ll miss the opportunity.

I didn’t close my position myself because I didn’t have a counterparty order—did the system force-liquidate me?

I always feel uneasy, like the market is going to crash hard next. I’ve been losing for almost a year, holding my positions all this time. Along the way, I had some liquidation trades and some small profitable ones. I’ve always traded with small amounts, though there were times I got carried away. My liquidations were only a few hundred U, and my profits were only a few dozen U. Slowly, after holding on for a year, I’ve made it back. I’ve just gotten back to breakeven, and I want to close all my positions, afraid that if it dumps hard next, I’ll lose everything again. I want to clear out and then look for another chance to enter, but I’m also afraid of missing the next rise. I’ve really been torn for days. That’s human nature. I don’t really have any trading strategy, and I don’t have much courage either. I’m just a small-time nobody slowly learning through trial and error. I dream of getting rich fast, but I’ve only ever thought about making 1 million yuan; I never even imagined tens of millions. After being in the crypto world for a year or two, I’ve been reflecting on myself more and more, and I’ve realized that someone like me can never get rich. I don’t have the guts to go all in when opportunities come, and when it comes to risk, I usually just stubbornly hold on. The reason I can hold on is that before buying, I already considered the worst-case risk, and the amount I could be liquidated for is something I can afford. Once I truly understood my personality, I knew I could only ever be nourishment for the crypto market. But there is a good side too: I’ve learned about perpetual contracts, learned about human nature, and learned about an industry and related knowledge I had never touched before. Even if these few thousand U I have end up gone in the end, I can accept it as tuition and a lesson. In fact, many times I realize I wasn’t even thinking about making money; I was using contract trading to test some of my ideas and logic. In the process, I kept doubting and wavering in all kinds of ways, and in the end everything became clear. It really is true that what is learned from books is always shallow until one practices it oneself. $BTC $AAVE
