یہ اقدام تمام ممالک کو متاثر کرے گا، کسی کو بھی استثنا حاصل نہیں ہوگا، اور ظاہر ہے کہ یہ ایک منصوبہ تھا جو چین نے کئی سال پہلے تیار کیا تھا۔
یہ عمل بین الاقوامی تجارت میں بے مثال ہے اور دوسرے ممالک سے تعلقات میں اخلاقی طور پر شرمناک سمجھا جاتا ہے۔
