For Chinese investors venturing overseas, there are nine hurdles to clear. ① Taking the first steps: Buying 100 yuan of the Nasdaq every day through Alipay, feeling like I’ve already got a job on Wall Street. Then I found out you can’t sell OTC funds during market hours, and exchange-traded ETFs at brokerages can trade at a premium. ② Starting to catch on: Heard that Hong Kong bank accounts are handy, so I started researching ID cards, passports, proof of address—I nearly memorized every Hong Kong bank branch. ③ First breakdown: Finally got a Hong Kong bank account and a Longbridge account, only to find I couldn’t get my money in. Foreign exchange quotas, cross-border transfers, bank risk controls—I had to go back to school all over again. ④ In deeper than ever: After learning about CRS, I started researching HSBC Global, Wise, iFAST, Interactive Brokers, and Charles Schwab one by one. I had more finance apps on my phone than games. ⑤ The channels are open: ACH, SEPA, SWIFT—I can rattle them off in my sleep. I went to the bank to ask about a cross-border transfer and realized I knew more than the customer service rep. ⑥ Discovering crypto: Started looking into USDT—exchange it for euros, transfer it to a bank, then exchange it for dollars. The money goes halfway around the world, all just to fund my US stock account. ⑦ Obsessed: I can spend all night researching just to save 0.5% on currency conversion losses. ⑧ Beyond help: Four bank cards, three brokerages, five exchanges. If I need to know where my money is, I have to check the notes app on my phone. ⑨ No hope left: Spent three hours working out a new way to fund my account and finally saved $2 in fees. Five minutes after the US market opened, I was down $200. The next morning, I woke up and carried on researching how to save that $2. 🤣 You’ve cleared the whole game, you’ve cleared the whole game! After more than half a year of all this hassle, there really are so many talented people online. This sums it up perfectly. Why run all over the place? Binance has it all! 😂 $SPCXB {spot}(SPCXBUSDT)

When something goes wrong, regulators finally have a talking point. CFTC Chair Selig on CNBC: Binance’s roughly $6.3B hot-wallet incident proves we need to push for federal exchange registration. The keyword is voluntary. The CLARITY Act didn’t pass in September, so he can’t force offshore exchanges to comply. He can only open a voluntary channel—those seeking U.S. regulatory backing can sign up; cybersecurity and customer protection will follow the traditional-market model. The ANPRM comment period runs through 12/14. The question isn’t whether we need rules; it’s whether participation is “voluntary.” When something goes wrong, the loudest voice will always be the one that’s already in trouble. Those who don’t want to get in the cage can still choose not to register and keep operating. Whether a license is a guardrail or marketing material depends on who’s truly willing to hand over control. #币安神算子

I’m increasingly realizing how important independent thinking is. Everyone just repeats what others say, without even understanding how the funds were stolen or what kind of funds were stolen. 95% of people are worrying over nothing, even though they don’t have a few thousand U in their accounts. The 5% of big players aren’t worried at all. Why not? Because they know how to do their research and dig into what’s really going on, instead of being a bunch of retail investors who believe every rumor they hear, spreading panic everywhere. #币安

Sanction North Korea for deploying special forces. At the beginning of the month, North Korea’s Lazarus Group stole $300 million from the Bitget exchange, and at the end of the month it stole another $5.7 billion from Binance. Relations between China, Russia, and North Korea have improved again; North Korea does all the dirty work, and China launders all the money North Korea steals, pegging it to the yuan and converting it into North Korean currency. Only OKX has never been hacked—OKX was absorbed by the Reds long ago; they’re family, so they don’t steal from each other.

War is about to break out, and the stock and crypto markets are crashing. Funds and wallets on exchanges have all been stolen. Trump is freaking out, and the Korean stock market has gone straight into a circuit breaker. Everyone shorting is making a fortune. Oil prices are about to rise too, so go long on oil. This is good news for decentralized exchanges. Binance gets hacked, and HYPE eats well. Are you going to keep shorting, or buy the dip?

About the Binance hack. The stolen funds were reserve assets in Binance’s hot wallets—not funds drained from your personal account. On-chain data shows that large amounts of BTC, ETH, USDT/USDC, and other assets were transferred out of hot wallets across multiple chains within a short period. The rough estimate is around $5.5–5.8 billion (based on media and on-chain estimates; not yet officially finalized). The method appears more consistent with the signing/withdrawal system being compromised (including an EIP-7702 authorization sweep), with the assets sent to addresses controlled by the attackers. Tether, Circle, and others have frozen some of the stablecoins. The balance you see in your app is the exchange’s accounting record; the company says it will cover the losses. Deposits and withdrawals were temporarily suspended. In short: what was lost was the money in the exchange’s hot wallets used to fulfill withdrawals—not funds individually stolen from “every retail user’s wallet.” #美国中期选举倒计时,美股博弈窗口已开启? $GOOGLB {spot}(GOOGLBUSDT)

Billions swept out of a hot wallet overnight, and the exchange’s first response was still: “user funds are completely safe”. On-chain, it’s even more plain to see: Binance flagged large transfers out of its hot wallet, Tether / Circle froze over 2.5 billion in stablecoins overnight, and CZ himself said it does look like a hack. This isn’t telling you to sell everything. It’s just repeating an old saying: Not your keys, not your coins was never just an emotional slogan— it’s the physical reality of the custodial model. CEXs are efficient and offer good liquidity; no one denies that. But a hot wallet = a single point of failure; with new permissions like EIP-7702, old security assumptions could be invalidated overnight. Follow the drama today if you like. Just think this through: who holds the keys to your coins? #币安神算子

Even the prediction whizzes have a “consolation prize.” If you don’t make the season leaderboard or any weekly leaderboard, but check in about 5 times during the season— the participation prize is about 100,000 USDC split among everyone, with a maximum of 5 USDC per person. Translation: You think you’re getting a guaranteed payout, but really you’re queuing up to collect scraps. The real money is on the weekly leaderboard (about the top 8,000, and your prediction PnL for that week must be > 0; about 100,000 per week) and the season leaderboard (about 500,000). Check-ins / the plaza / trading get you ammunition, not the rewards themselves. The total prize pool is up to about 1M USDC. Code: GY288. #币安神算子

Week one is wrapped up. The oracle says: Sunday, UTC 23:59:59 — weekly leaderboard cutoff. Monday rolls around, and weekly PnL resets. Season leaderboard? It keeps rolling until 11/15. Same crowd, two scoreboards— some are pushing for a weekly top ~8,000 finish (and need to predict PnL > 0), while others are building season points (of a total prize pool of up to ~1M, the season slice is about 500,000 USDC). Check-ins / Plaza / trading earn you ammo, not the rewards themselves. Code: GY288. Week two starts now. #币安神算子

The first week of Fortune Teller is almost over. Let’s make one thing clear: A high points total ≠ a spot on the weekly leaderboard. The weekly leaderboard is based on your prediction PnL for that week—you need to be in the green, then rank around the top 8,000 to qualify for a slice of the roughly 100,000 USDC prize pool. Check-ins, the square, and trading are just ammunition. Get your calls wrong, and no matter how many points you rack up, you’ll be stuck at the fringe of the season leaderboard. The weekly cutoff is Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC. The season runs through 11/15. The prize pool is up to around 1M USDC. Code: GY288. #币安神算子

Weekly leaderboard countdown. Master Predictor Week 1 ends Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC. Just over one day left. A lot of people think they’re in a “prediction market,” but really they’re grinding a weekly game loop: check in, hang out in the community, trade for points, then use those points to bet on a direction. Day three of Oracle. The official rules say: points have no cash value and can’t be withdrawn or transferred. The prize pool says: up to approximately 1,000,000 USDC. In plain English: use points you can’t cash out to compete for money you can. Earn points through check-ins / the plaza / trading → use them to make predictions → weekly leaderboard pays out every Sunday, while the season leaderboard runs through 11/15. Is this a free lottery, or a new doorway to addiction? Code: GY288 After they listened to feedback and scrapped the 5-minute arena, will ordinary players have a better shot at a small guaranteed payout, or will the big accounts still dominate the weekly leaderboard? #币安神算子

Binance has launched “Oracle.” The name sounds like fortune-telling, but the mechanics are pretty straightforward: check in, post on Square, rack up 50 USDT in trades to earn points, then use those points to make predictions and climb the leaderboard. The prize pool is advertised at 1 million USDC—100,000 for the weekly leaderboard and 500,000 for the monthly one. Check in for five days and you can also get a share of the “everyone wins” pool. Put simply, it’s not asking you to be a fortune-teller. It’s bringing prediction markets into the main site’s campaign page: use points to bet, and trading volume to fuel the leaderboard. CEX prediction-market narratives still depend on spot and futures trading activity to keep them going. #币安神算子

“Crypto won”—and then banks treated public blockchains like their own private rails. JPMorgan’s JPM Coin (JPMD) is now live on Ethereum mainnet. Announced on 10/19: Kinexys is expanding its dollar deposit token from Base to L1. It’s not a stablecoin like USDC. It’s a bank deposit token—the money stays on the bank’s books, while the blockchain serves as the ledger and settlement layer. Who can use it? Institutional clients. Whitelisted users. Not something you can freely send from your wallet. What can it do? Move dollar deposits peer to peer within the EVM. It runs on both Base and ETH, 24/7. The official announcement also touted the platform’s own figures: over $4T in cumulative volume on Kinexys, averaging around $7B a day. Translation: Big banks aren’t debating “whether blockchains are useful”—they’re moving wholesale payments onto them. The real point of contention is this: On a public blockchain, is liquidity part of open finance, or is it just a permissioned whitelist wearing a block explorer as a disguise? Retail users see “another asset on-chain.” Institutions see that counterparties, compliance, and redemption are all still behind the bank’s walls. The chain is public. The door is private. That’s what TradFi on-chain really looks like in 2026.

Binance has turned “writing trading strategies in plain English” into a product. AI Pro: Tell it your assets, conditions, and risk controls → it generates a Strategy Canvas that works with both spot and USDS-M futures. No coding required. But the launch version has no historical backtesting. It only offers automated code testing and paper trading. Binance says so itself: code testing does not assess profitability. You have to approve live trading; your money stays in a segregated AI Strategy sub-account. The agent can’t move funds on its own or withdraw them. Sounds very Know Your Agent, very bounded. But after you approve once, does each individual trade still count as “your decision”? Is selling futures strategies with no backtesting to retail traders empowerment—or handing them a ticket to the slaughterhouse? “Everyone can be a quant”—it sounds great. The product page makes it very clear who bears the cost: you’re responsible for the consequences. #Binance #Aİ

Qubic has halted again. The protocol wasn’t breached; wallet seed generation failed. The attack window was roughly late night on 10/17 to early morning on 10/18: 1,404 addresses, about 2.94T QU, worth ~$1.4M. According to the official statement, the affected seed phrases were generated using any browser on iPhone/iPad, Safari on Mac (through 10/18), or older versions of the iOS app (before 2025/7). The root cause is even more alarming—they used Math.random(), and only later switched to crypto.getRandomValues(). The chain is halted at tick 85,371,949. 87.1% is still frozen on-chain; 12.9% was moved to MEXC and frozen within an hour. Computors haven’t finished voting on a recovery plan yet. This isn’t new: Coldcard, the Trust Wallet extension, Libbitcoin… time and again, incidents come down to one question: are the random numbers strong enough? A chain can be slow. Seed phrases can’t be sloppy.
