Moscow, July 29, 2026. The Federal Security Service of Russia initiated a procedure to declare Telegram founder Pavel Durov wanted internationally.
As the agency said, he has been charged in absentia under Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Assistance to terrorist activities”). The reason was the use of the messenger by Ukrainian special services to coordinate sabotage. In particular, through the bot “DaiVinchik/Leo,” minors were recruited for arson and attacks — since July 2025, 46 people have been detained.

In the other—there is the rapid, almost uncontrollable development of artificial intelligence, which most people simply prefer not to notice. Or pretend not to notice. But those who are truly inside this process have been sounding the alarm for a long time.

And now look: Russia is passing laws on cryptocurrency, collecting everything in depositories, into centralized wallets. And the West has already shown how their logic works — “we found it, so it’s ours.”
