🚨 The U.S. Treasury has bought back $20.8 billion in Treasury securities this month!
The latest buyback totaled $750 million. Treasury debt buybacks help optimize the supply structure of Treasury securities, but they don’t directly inject liquidity into the market.
If overall liquidity conditions improve, both the stock market and $BTC could benefit. This is worth keeping an eye on!
🚨 Overseas investors are reallocating their U.S. Treasury holdings!
In August, foreign holdings of U.S. Treasuries increased by $83 billion, bringing the total to $9.33 trillion.
Canada added $38 billion, Belgium added $20 billion, and the U.K. added $11 billion; meanwhile, Japan cut its holdings by $36 billion and China by $27 billion.
Worth noting: an overall increase in holdings doesn’t mean every country is bullish on U.S. Treasuries.
Global capital flows are diverging, which could also affect dollar liquidity and the future trajectory of $BTC .
Reportedly, less than 5% of the $BTC put options have strike prices above $84,000, which means many bearish strategies and hedging positions may have already lost their value.
If this data is accurate, pressure on short sellers is mounting.
But remember, options expirations and market reversals could still change the picture.
If the price refuses to fall and instead starts breaking upward, these shorts may once again be forced to close their positions, adding fuel to the rally.
History doesn’t necessarily repeat itself, but the more crowded the short trade gets, the more alert we should be to the risk of a short squeeze!
🚨 $BTC continues to trade sideways in the $81K–$83K range. What might happen next?
One forecast suggests Bitcoin could first drop toward $75K, or even test $67K, before rebounding to $71K and eventually making a run at $109K.
But this is just a market projection, not a guaranteed path.
During a choppy market, the most important thing isn’t blindly trying to call the bottom—it’s managing your position size and not becoming someone else’s liquidity too easily.
This roller coaster ride in US stocks is way too intense! 🎢
The S&P 500 fell before rebounding, surging 1.02% in 45 minutes and adding about $780 billion in market value;
Then, as conflicting news emerged about US-Iran negotiations, the index quickly retreated, wiping out about $400 billion in just 18 minutes.
Is this market manipulation? We can’t draw that conclusion based on price movements alone. But news-driven markets do make things really difficult for ordinary investors. $BTC
420 billion Turkish lira disappeared from the stock market’s capitalization in a single day…
That’s the brutal reality of market volatility. Everyone is optimistic when prices are rising; it’s when they fall that your risk tolerance is truly tested.
