Especially for my young brothers and sisters aged 30-35;
1) Your #Borsaİstanbul portfolio should not be entirely made up of #bist30. Find discoveries from undervalued companies and save regularly. It's much easier to sift through these right now. Making operational profits and growing in the last 2 years was not an easy task. For example, discover companies like #hrket, #tckrc, and #lkmdc. Maybe they are on your list too. Going to buy #froto and expecting it to make 30x would be unrealistic.
2) Don't be afraid of investing in #cryptocurrencies. Take the time. If you can't spare the time, save #bitcoin. You can add 5-10% of your portfolio in bitcoin.
3) Get informed about commodities. Don't let your sole focus be gold. Invest through funds.
4) The first goal should be a house. Buy a house before a car. If you can't buy a house, invest in a cheap #REIT company. I will also publish research on this topic.
5) Keep track of your expenses. Save money. It may sound classic, but at least scrutinize your subscriptions that drain you every month, etc. Do you really need that monthly subscription, for instance? Do you really need that t-shirt or dress??
6) Lastly, trust in #interest income for another month or two, and don't rush. Make each investment gradually..
