Key focus areas for the second half:
▫️ Double the mainnet throughput again, with a long-term goal of 10x improvement
▫️ Advanced resource isolation mechanisms to reduce interference between applications
▫️ Optimize the Gas structure to lower enterprise onboarding costs
Specific measures include implementing BEP-675, dedicated channel solutions, parallel execution based on BAL, and fine-tuned Gas fee adjustments tailored to specific industries.
Looking back on the first half, the performance has been impressive: the BSC block production interval was compressed from 750ms to 450ms, benchmark throughput rose from 2,800 TPS to 5,200 TPS, and the Rust client performance was directly improved by 2x.
