12.22 A-share market pre-market outlook

Various negative factors have landed, and in the coming week, the A-share market holds a good hand of cards. Under normal circumstances, it should start the year-end rally. If it performs below expectations, it may lead to a defensive mindset for funds, especially since the Spring Festival next year is later than in previous years, and the memory of significant adjustments from last year-end to the beginning of this year still lingers. There’s not much to say about the index; the expectation of closing at 4000 points by year-end remains unchanged.

In terms of themes, the only sectors that can still form a certain block effect in the market are commercial aerospace and large consumption. Commercial aerospace is likely to accelerate further, while consumption continues to transition into next month. Apart from autonomous driving, new themes are basically one-day events, but the characteristic of this concept is that there are disagreements every day, making participation difficult. Controlled nuclear fusion has again shown strength stimulated by favorable factors. Recently, this sector has occasionally performed well, largely due to the influence of commercial aerospace. Computing hardware was relatively flat last week due to overseas market influences, but it should start to strengthen this week, still focusing on oversold liquid cooling.

Wishing everyone a significant rise and prosperity.
