These creators earn their place through steady participation and thoughtful content over the full campaign period, not just a single viral post. Another twenty percent of the reward pool is set aside for all other participants who complete the required tasks but do not make it into the top 100. This means smaller creators are still valued, and their time and effort matter. The remaining ten percent of the pool is reserved for the top 50 creators on the Square Creator Leaderboard, which is calculated over a seven day period starting from the campaign launch. This gives fast movers and early contributors a separate opportunity to stand out.
To be listed on the Kite Project Leaderboard, participants must complete Task 1 and Task 3, along with at least one task from Task 5, Task 6, or Task 7. Completing this combination is essential. Even strong content will not count if these tasks are missing. This structure encourages creators to explore different parts of the KITE ecosystem instead of focusing on just one action.
In addition to leaderboard requirements, there are social tasks that determine whether a participant can receive rewards at all.
