$BTC This order, regardless of right or wrong, I will stick to my viewpoint and remain bearish! Until it stabilizes above 94500, I will short any rebound! 93500 is the main bullish trend line at the weekly level; after breaking below, each rebound to around 93500 comes back down, indicating that the resistance here is very strong!
Let me share my personal viewpoint:
The US cutting interest rates by 25 basis points is essentially an expected event and is actually bearish!
Japan raising interest rates by 25 basis points, why didn’t it crash? Because this expectation was just digested a few days ago, preventing a panic event! Moreover, I believe that with Japan's interest rate hike, institutions will definitely distribute the holdings they have and then convert them back into yen. The circulation of yen in the world is quite high, and many institutions are using yen for arbitrage... The return of yen will definitely bring selling pressure on financial assets, and institutions will surely be discreetly selling, making us feel that the bearish sentiment has been digested without a decline. Then they will push it up a bit, making us think that the bull is back to buy the dip, creating a cognitive bias for us!
My personal approach is: I will divide my funds into 10 parts. I have already shorted the first part at 86000-88000, with a leverage of 15 times! My first position was forcefully liquidated near 92000. That's okay, even if my first position is liquidated, I will continue to open a position of 1.5 lots at 93500! If I get liquidated again, it indicates that the market has reversed, and I will then go with the trend!
In this trade, I cannot always make a profit, nor can I expect to make a profit immediately upon opening a position. After all, the market cannot just go up and be profitable immediately. I am not the type of trader who opens both long and short positions at the same price and only shows profitable trades; every institution profits by controlling their positions. If you want to gamble, the crypto space is really not suitable for you; you might as well save this money to go to Macau for a quick gamble. Bitcoin is currently also a financial derivative; it has the techniques of financial product trading. We should follow the movement patterns of the main players and trade with position control to implement a compound interest plan! Be prepared for long-term investments!
