WHY 74K IS THE KEY LEVEL
SAYLOR has accumulated more than 3% of all Bitcoin in circulation. His average cost? 74,436 $ according to his latest statements.
Technically, Strategy will not be
not "liquidated" at this level — the real theoretical liquidation would be around 16,500-20,000 Ş according to analysts. But psychologically, it's a different story.
At 74K, Saylor goes into the red. And the whole market knows it.
MSTR shares have already fallen by

Its debts ($8-10 billion) are covered 15x in Bitcoin. No margin call. No traditional collateralized debt.
But markets do not trade reality, they trade fear.
