What is Momentum?
Momentum Finance (MMT), formerly MSafe, is an AMM DEX on Sui applying the ve(3,3) model forked from Aerodrome. The project aims for a low-fee trading experience, deep liquidity, minimized slippage, and 100% value distribution to the community.
MMT aims to become a global financial platform, enabling seamless trading of on-chain assets and real-world assets (RWA) for both retail users and institutions.
Momentum's operational model
Momentum operates under the ve(3,3) model to balance the interests of LPs, traders, and token holders.
LP receives 100% of MMT emissions when providing liquidity.
veMMT holders have the right to vote on emission allocations, receive all trading fees and bribes.
Traders enjoy low fees, low slippage, and smooth trading on Sui.
This model creates a sustainable liquidity cycle, optimizing capital efficiency. Momentum leverages the speed of <1s and the scalability of Sui to ensure performance even when volumes increase significantly.

This is a multi-sign wallet solution on Move language blockchains such as Sui, Aptos, Movement. Designed for large financial organizations with many functions such as secure treasury management, vesting tokens (locking and releasing tokens on a schedule), and executing on-chain requests with a flexible approval flow. Additionally, MSafe supports a dApp Store for safe integration with DeFi protocols.
Momentum DEX
A decentralized exchange using a concentrated liquidity model (CLMM), providing a trading experience with low slippage, cheap fees, and high capital efficiency for both newcomers and professional institutions. This product has achieved many milestones such as 1.68 million swap users, 1.42 million liquidity providers, over 600 million USD TVL, and over 25 billion cumulative trading volume.
xSUI

Token Generation Lab (TGL)

Development roadmap
The roadmap of Momentum consists of three main phases, each focusing on expanding products and accumulating liquidity, with specific milestones as follows:
Stage 1: Building the core platform on Sui with Momentum DEX and the ve(3,3) model.
Stage 2: Expanding from Sui to other blockchains. Deploying Vaults in batches: from auto-managed trading vaults to strategy vaults (leverage, looping), then vaults for multi-chain. Integrating Wormhole to quickly transfer main assets from Ethereum, Solana,... into Momentum, expanding liquidity and market.
Stage 3: Launching Momentum, introducing new products such as perp DEX, features for institutions (auditing, custodial verification, proof-of-reserves mechanisms...)
