BITCOIN IS NOT THE ISSUE

The Adorni case raises an uncomfortable discussion for Argentina

Not about Bitcoin

But about how Bitcoin is used as a retroactive explanation when there’s a wealth inconsistency

According to his version, part of the money comes from crypto investments made years ago

That could be true

It could be hard to verify

And that’s exactly the point

Bitcoin was born to make transactions traceable, not to become a magic excuse when someone suddenly needs to justify their assets

The question isn't whether someone could have made money with BTC between 2013 and 2018

Of course, they could

The question is another:

Where are the proofs, the wallets, the trades, the exchanges, the dates, and the traceability?

Because in crypto, it’s not enough to say "I made money with Bitcoin"

If BTC is used to explain wealth, then the money trail should be shown

The irony is that many politicians talk about transparency when it suits them, but when Bitcoin appears in a sworn declaration, suddenly everything is wrapped in faith, memory, and narrative

Bitcoin doesn't create wealth

People do
