✅ What is Falcon Finance?

Falcon Finance presents itself as a "universal collateralization infrastructure" protocol, allowing users to deposit liquid assets (stablecoins, blue-chip crypto, altcoins, etc.) to "mint" a synthetic dollar called USDf. It also offers a yield version of this synthetic dollar, called sUSDf, where users can "stake" to obtain returns. A utility/governance token called FF was launched—used for governance, staking, and access to platform resources. The company claims to publish audits and reserve reports to show that USDf is indeed "backed" ("over-collateralized")—that is, there are reserve assets corresponding to the issued tokens. The promised model combines several strategies: arbitrage, "basis trading," and staking—to try to generate stable yield and minimize risk.
