According to reports from HashiChain, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and five other departments have issued an implementation plan on how to enhance the adaptability of supply and demand for consumer goods and further promote consumption. The plan mentions the need for orderly development of platform consumption, including the development of new business formats such as live-streaming e-commerce, instant retail, and circular e-commerce. The plan encourages platform enterprises to legally and compliantly utilize artificial intelligence technology to explore user needs for product and service matching and pushing. At the same time, it supports platform enterprises in applying digital technologies such as virtual reality, metaverse, artificial intelligence, and blockchain to create multi-scenario and immersive consumption experiences. Additionally, it guides platform enterprises to carry out brand quality promotion activities, solidify the main responsibilities of platform enterprises, strengthen the qualification review of operators and the verification of product information, and improve the rapid processing mechanism for consumer disputes.
