I don't play poker myself, but I enjoy watching some Chinese bosses play Texas Hold'em in short videos. There is an important concept in Texas: don't play beyond your level, always play within your own volatility range. Even someone as strong as the poison king can be brought to question life when they play beyond their level!

The cryptocurrency world is quite similar; many people are trading outside of their own volatility. Human greed is magnified! Those who think they can get rich through cryptocurrency are the ones who will end up losing their pants!

At the beginning, many people may be trading within their own volatility range, but as they play, they either start to get greedy when they win or start to panic when they lose, slowly exceeding their own volatility, leading only to losses!

The biggest problem with trading beyond your level is that your mindset can't stay stable. When losses occur, you can't handle the pressure and exit early! When profits are made, you also exit early! But with high margins, this kind of volatility can amplify many times in a short period, which greatly affects your judgment. Just imagine, if you only have three hundred, five hundred, or thirty-five, would you still be anxious about losses and profits? You would have patience instead!

But I know many people will ask, do I care about that little bit? The reality is that risky assets are part of asset allocation, and it's about using a small part to seek higher returns, not to gamble your life savings! For wealth tycoons, they bet tens of thousands to cover a year's drinking expenses, while ordinary people should invest less to cover meal expenses; that is the correct investment approach!

I myself have only bought a little over 20 Sol, my ability is limited, and if there is a surprise one day, even if I lose it all, it won't affect me much!

Today I saw a friend doing a Zec contract with a very small amount. Many people were mocking him in the comments, but I think it’s unnecessary. If he can maintain his own volatility, he is taking responsibility for himself, which I think is quite good! Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom!

I advise everyone to invest rationally; make a profit every day!

Feeling inspired by the comments, I rambled on a bit! #投资哲学 #心态决定结果 $
