The analysis of the Bybit security team, conducted on 116 blockchains, showed that 16 of them have the ability to freeze or restrict users' funds. The report highlighted several such networks, including Aptos, $SUI , $BNB Chain, VeChain, Chiliz, Viction, XDC Network, and Heco Chain.
