This year is the tenth year of holding the FinTech Week in Hong Kong (Hong Kong FinTech Week). Over the past four years, I have considered 'taking the stage at this conference' a small goal of mine. This year, I finally achieved that.
I will participate in the closing speech on November 4th on the main stage of the FinTech Week in Hong Kong and the StartmeupHK 2025 festival.
Why is it a "small goal in silence"?
Because I always believe that the Hong Kong FinTech Week is the most influential and well-known conference in the city. More importantly, it is a truly fair platform that allows me to speak with my old colleagues in traditional finance on equal terms, to tell them in one phrase: "Hello, I can also step onto the platform of this conference."
This is an acknowledgment.
Proving the value of the crypto industry, it deserves to stand alongside traditional finance; proving that our expertise and knowledge carry the same weight; proving that we work seriously.
After going through hundreds of pitches, I can finally check off the meeting I had been absent from all this time.
As a show of support for the conference, Gate will become a sponsor for the Finoverse closing party taking place on November 5 at Boomerang. At the same time, this will be the third consecutive year that Gate organizes exclusive events for institutions and its VIP clients during FinTech Week.
I am really excited (this is the real kind of "excitement", not the kind that ChatGPT offers), I look forward to reuniting with old friends, meeting new friends, and reviewing the stories of 2025 together.
