1. As lead developer mentioned in the chats last week, the FLM Buy Back and Burn mechanism (25% of all the income to FLOCKS will be used to buy back and burn FLM) has now been shifted to FLOCKS Buy Back and Burn mechanism (25% of all the income to FLOCKS will be used to buy back and burn FLOCKS).

2. Buying FLOCKS will happen over time. From now on, no FLM will be burned as long as FLOCKS price is less than 1 FLM. The FLM will instead be used to buy FLOCKS in the orderbook. It will happen over time, and limit orders will be added around the current market price so arbitrage players or traders do not benefit from it (we want FLOCKS holders to benefit, and they benefit the most, the more FLOCKS we buy and burn).

3. Due to the timing of testing and setting up this new mechanism, and recent volatile market conditions, the Flamingo team has decided to give a major bonus to the FLOCKS Epoch 28 payout.

That is why the Epoch 28 payout is more than 4x recent epoch payouts.
